Steven has wide ranging experience in the property industry, from operating throughout the 1990's his own investment and development consultancy (Steven Glancy Associates) advising major institutional clients, to then moving client side and becoming the major shareholder in Regional Investments PLC, carrying out numerous added value investment transactions in Greater London and the South East.

Steven spent the early part of his career working for a number of large property companies including Town & City Properties (P & O Group) and Gable House Properties (part of Ladbroke Group PLC).
